Why are they closing schools for budget cut? what happened to the lotto money that goes into schools..?

I don't understand..they waste so much money putting up stupid tolls, making the streets prettier, and they don't worry about taking away all those children's school..this is a stupid state we live in. ps. oj should go straight to hell.
