I have a question about swine flu?

Okay yesterday I woke with a slight itch in my throat by that evening it was full fledged. Chest congestion, sore throat, but a low fever. I was throwing up a little but not much to worry about. To me it sounds like a normal cold, but the symptoms of swine flu are of a normal cold as well. Louisiana is getting hit with it and a few in our city have it should I be worried about it?? I usually get Bronchitis around this time of year, but with the swine flu scare I kinda want to go to a dr!
