What do I do about a guy who doesn't wnat to get a job andhe's running up the bills?

M boyfrined who is 17 just started living with me and my mom is waning him to get a job but he doesn't want to. H e left his parents as soon as he turned 17. He did have a job but he got fired for runnin around in his bxer and getting caught (McDonalds) then he worked at Dairy Queen and he quit now he's not wanting a job. Can someone please help me or help motivate him to get a job.
