I am a moderator for a yahoo group. Our invites to all hotmail accounts are not going through.?

All of our YahooGroup invites to only hotmail accounts either bounce back or do not go through to the hotmail accounts, even if the hotmail account has entered the yahoogroup email as safe and/or turned down their junk mail filter. Has anyone in Yahoo groups have similar problems recently?
