Do u think its strange or normal that I dont have a?

any thing on while i have my period like overnight while im sleeping u know like a tampon or something i dont really like it only problem there is blood like every where on my bed and on my blankets when i wake up should i have a tampon or something even when im sleeping does anyone else do this? I know ewww right LOL
