How do the many roles of the president (chief of state,chief executive,comander-in-chief,chief diplomat,chief legislator,chief od party,voice of the people,president of the west,protector of the peace,manager of the prosperity) demonstrate the difficulty of finding an individual qualified to operate effectively in office?
