Why did the Republican Gov of Florida strip the school system budget then instead of putting that money toward?

Because he spent around 80 million of his own money on his campaign and he needs a return on his investment. Not to mention he was CEO of the most corrupt health care companies in US history. He made record profits by scamming sick people. Now he is putting his skills to use scamming Florida's sick economy. He is the ideal Republican.
