Dumplings ..............................…

My hubby's fave dish is beef stew and dumpling but theres only so many times you can make this meal before you get bored of it! With summer coming up too its not really that appetizing on a hot day. Can anyone give me ideas for other dumpling dishes and also recipes on how you make your dumplings and any variations you know of. thanks.
