I cannot remove "security tool" from my computer?

done you just love this crap-uh!- GOOD MORNING well this is a rogue software product...the First i wish You had give your o/s it make this a let easier but i can guess you have vista ,startup in safe mode go to the security tool icon and right click under admin click and than rename -renane it anything and restart - you must have a copy of antisuperspyware Or or melwarebyte down load from another machine on disk or usb it will not let you use the ones on the pc you can get them from a href="http://www.download.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.download.com/a free run either one after pc is clear you will have to go to your regedit and delete program "41040312/41040312.exe" and the one just above it 3009.....
