Did Obama put off sending 30 K troops to Afghanistan to bag his Nobel PEACE prize for 2 weeks work in office?

After all he gets the NOBEL PRIZE FOR PEACE for 2 weeks work as President and now sends 30 K soldiers to die to reiterate his Gandhi like approach!!!
