Runescape Members Help?

I am a member...and i need good armor and i noticed Elite Black armor looks pretty cool but idk if it is good becuz the full set is only 300k. well, my question is---Is Elite Black armor good? If this helps my combat lvl is 87. My attack is 70, my strength is 74, and my defence is 70. Only answer if you play, dont be retarded saying "ewww you play runescape".
