Painfull lump in my armpit?

i have a pea size lump in my right armpit that hurts when touched,there no drainage as if it were an ingrown hair or anything just a lump under the skin that sometimes itches and hurts if touched.it has been there about 5 days and now today i have the same lump in my left armpit in the exact same spot.anyone know what it could be?
