Just say you ate cereal like meusli or bran, some fruit, some meat now and then and veg. would this be all you

needed to maintain health. Little dairy too. When I see diets, I just think I could not be bothered to concoct all that food in one day never mind eat it all alfafa sprouts my Granny never even knew they existed. I eat at night with a bowl of cereal at lunch time or healthy bread and soup, and a meal of one healthy course and maybe more fruit and a couple of biscuits plain. Is that too much. I don't drink fizzy gunk or processed food. Your comments I would much appreciate. Of course then I go and spoil it all and binge now and then.
