If you were in my shoes, what would you do?

So, I've been at my job for a little over a year now. I like it. It's a great place to work. The only problem is I don't think anyone that isn't white would be able to get a job there. It's hard for me because when someone (around here usually black, maybe mexican), if they aren't white that is, comes in looking for a job, I have to lie to them. "Well, I'm not really sure if we're hiring right now" or "That's not really my area". The truth is, it doesn't bother me that everyone that works where is white. Hell, a majority of the people here are, including me,so it happens. But, it's that little voice telling me "they'll never be ABLE to work here" that bugs me. I'd love to just say when they walk in for a job "look my boss is an ignorant bigot full of fear and depravity. I'm sure you'd be great for the job but ya just got a little problem with the pigmentation I'm afraid." Yeah, I'm sure that would go over real well. What should I do? Obviously I can't prove ANY of this.
