I hv 5 lakhs and want to make 50,000/month. is it possible? if yes then how?

can i get any agency or can i become small scale manufecturere,or can i get small hotel on lease in mi or shimla or anywhere else, can i start a travel agency? what ever knowledge u hv pls provide me. i shell be thankful to u. can call me on +919816319699.i hv small piece of land also around 40acres, but it is a village and the farmers r not dependent on rain bec they have natural water supply 24/7. if u hv somebody interested or anyplan to grow something there pls let me know. land is very furtile for sure. it is in himachal pradesh. tehsil nahan, distt. sirmour. i m not interested in selling my land.
