How to install NVIDIA video card on windows 7?

If all else fails, reinstall windows7 again. When it gets loaded it will ask you about windows updates, turn this off, then proceed to load your drivers for your card and onboard sound, or sound card... Windows has always been really bad with sound drivers, and will mess up some motherboards sound altogether until you turn off the updates, then install the drivers... You can cut the updates on after you get it running the way you want it...
