How many times do you see this from B&B's to top hotels ?

I completely agree with you, and it really annoys me because I'm not much of a breakfast person, I usually just have a coffee and a piece of fruit, and it's sickening when I look around breakfast buffets at hotels, watching someone filling up their fourth plate of bacon and egg, with me sat there thinking "I'm paying for that". If you want to go and engorge yourself on an all-you-can-eat buffet, do so, but at regular hotels and B+Bs you should just pay for what you want, not what some fatty with a hard-on eats.
