Does he like me?

he askes me to sit by him b his partner asks me for my phone# that im not aloud to giv to guys. the thing is he has an 8th grade gf and we r in 7th grade ive known him since the bigining of 6th grade cause he dated my best friend well i secretly like him hes in my band 10 out of 2 and it looks like he likes me but he is goin out with an 8th grader........... he is so funny too. we hav alot in comn does he like me??? do i giv him my cell # even tho im not aloud to?....................oh yeah he also tries to always make me laugh it works too hes so great hlp plz
