Does Cocoa have caffeine in it?

I'm 10 weeks pregnant, and my mom always told me that hot chocolate and cocoa has caffeine in it. I'm trying to be safe as possible and not drink any caffeine, but I love having a cup of hot chocolate at night time because it relaxes me. I sometimes make hot chocolate with the Hershey Cocoa mix too. But does Cocoa or hot chocolate have caffeine in it?It doesn't say it in the ingredients...
